Panel and Cable Quality Tests

Panel and Cable Quality Tests

Electrical panels are the control center of an electrical or electronic system and help keep these systems healthy and safe. The control and measuring devices used in these systems must ensure safe operation of the system and protect the system and the environment in the event of a hazard. Electrical panels allow the system to be adjusted and checked regularly.

Thermal relays, time relays, reactive power control relays and compact switches are located on the panels. Current settings are made with these. Thermal overcurrent relays operate as fuses. It opens the circuit in a long time in small fault currents and in a very short time in big fault currents and protects the system. Thermal relays are used in conjunction with the contactor and fuse system that control the circuit current. The timer activates or deactivates a circuit or a mechanism or a machine for a set period of time or after a period of time. What is important is that the system operates flawlessly and is protected from hazards in unexpected situations. Protection relays are used for this purpose.

Electrical panels are subjected to function tests by applying the rated voltage before installation. Insulation tests are also carried out for the panels and cables. Relay, contactor, fuse and switches located on the panel are tested and applied to test voltage. During testing, the operating limits of the elements are also checked.

The current legal regulations and the relevant standards published by many domestic and foreign organizations are taken into consideration during the electrical test studies. In line with the needs of the enterprises, our company conducts panel and cable quality tests within the framework of electrical tests.

In the meantime, our organization, in accordance with the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General Conditions for the Competence of Experiment and Calibration Laboratories standard, UAF From the Accreditation Agency has been accredited and serves within this framework.
