Personal Care Products Tests

Personal care is a self-care activity for people to protect and maintain their health. In other words, it can be defined as a set of behaviors applied in a way that has a positive effect on human health.

The aim of personal care activities is to be healthy, to make the appearance positive and to increase self-confidence. Many microorganisms are more easily transmitted to people who do not pay attention to their cleanliness. To be healthy, body, hair, mouth and teeth should be cleaned regularly and clothes should be washed frequently.

The factors that affect personal care activities in general today are: culture, family, socio-economic status, personality and diseases. While cleaning forms the basis of personal health, it also expresses the level of development of society.

In recent years, the personal care products sector has become a sector that includes not only women but also men and children. However, because health is involved, many personal care products are subject to legal regulations due to health and performance concerns. In addition, a number of limitations and test methods have been developed for personal care products and cosmetics, with REACH (a regulation that brings together legal regulations for chemicals in the European Union), GMP (good manufacturing practices) and similar regulations.

Controversial substance testing, for example, is very important for companies producing personal care products. It reduces the risk of problems arising during the import, export and marketing of the products. Countries have different legal regulations and may be prohibited by another country.

During the industrial test studies, the current regulations and the relevant standards published by many domestic and foreign organizations are taken into consideration. In line with the needs of enterprises, our company also conducts personal care products tests within the framework of industrial tests.

In the meantime, our organization, in accordance with the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General Conditions for the Competence of Experiment and Calibration Laboratories standard, UAF From the Accreditation Agency has been accredited and serves within this framework.
