Sealing Tests

Sealing Tests

Tightness testing for medical products, pipelines, pneumatic systems (or in a more appropriate language, serviceability test, also known as leakage measurement) should always be carried out on a periodic basis, with the aid of a measuring device, and the test results reported It should be recorded. The operator therefore has a technical expert report. Some building insurers have these inspections and certificates / reports in their insurance coverage. For serviceability testing or sealing testing, gas pipes are always tested under operating conditions / working pressure (not with increased test pressure). During this test, the meter detects whether the gas pipe is leaking and if so, how much.

Air Tightness Test
The purpose of the leak test; to determine the leaks in the product on the basis of area (mm2) and to calculate how long the air or gas can remain in the product. The test is carried out with the help of a fan. First, the product is pressurized, then the air in the product is suctioned and sent out of the environment. Air pressure in the product and pipe or equipment is measured by means of manometers. These values are evaluated by an approved computer program. As a result of the differential difference between the room leakage is found.

Eurolab provides medical and industrial sealing testing services. It is applied for leak detection in lines using test gases (Helium, hydrogen and halogen) without stopping.

It is a quality control test performed on related devices in order to avoid leaking liquid or goose.

Water Tightness Tests
Non Pressure - Water Tightness Tests - EN 13051 and AAMA 501.2
In the construction site water-tightness test applied according to European norm EN 13051;
Each 1 meter length of predetermined critical detail zones is exposed to 30 l / min constant flow water flow for 5 min.
In the construction site water-tightness test applied according to American norm AAMA 501.2;
Each 1,5 meter length of critical detail zones is exposed to water flow at 5 bar pressure over the 2,4 minute period.
During both tests, the tested area is inspected by observing the indoor environment of the building. If any water inflow is detected in the test areas during the test; the problem causing the leak is detected, the repair process is deemed necessary by the practitioner and the same area is re-tested after a certain waiting period. By applying the same test to the other critical regions with the same details as the said region; whether the problem only belongs to the leaked area or whether it is a systemic problem in all regions with similar details.
Pressure - Water Tightness Test - ASTM E 1105
In the pressure water tightness tests performed in the field in accordance with ASTM E 1105 standard, the area of the facade to be tested is exposed to water spraying from the external surface and static pressure is created in the internal environment. The amount of static pressure is determined according to the project and location characteristics.

Acoustic Sealing Tank Test
ISO EN 17020 certificated acoustic tank test, all underground fuel tanks and product, breathing, filling lines leak detection and tightness test is performed.
All stages of the test are recorded and the computer system automatically issues the pass report with TURKAK EN 17020 certificate.
The sealing test required by TS EN 12820 T4 is prepared as a result of both vacuum and pressure applications.
All kinds of fuel leakage tests can be done.
All kinds of loss detections greater than 0,1 lt / hour are performed 100 percent.
