Food Tests

Food Tests

Consumers are now more aware of food safety. With the old methods, the approaches to food preparation and offering to the consumer, which have been adopted until recently, have changed significantly. Country administrations are also very sensitive in this regard and the necessary legal arrangements are being repeated one after the other. Businesses must now produce more reliable and healthier foods.

The concept of food safety simply means that food is prepared according to its intended use and does not cause a health problem when consumed by humans. But of course it's not that simple. Food safety studies aim to prevent physical, chemical and biological factors that cause food-borne diseases, and to prepare, process, store and offer food to consumers in this way. When safe food is meant, it is understood to mean food that is free of factors leading to spoilage and contamination and adapted to human consumption.

Food is one of the most important factors that will affect human health. Therefore, the safety of food is an absolute demand of people. Likewise, it is the main responsibility of manufacturers.

Numerous tests are carried out by test and inspection organizations to ensure the safety of food. These tests are mainly classified under physical, chemical and microbiological tests.

Considering that only a very small amount of food can be analyzed, the fact that food producing companies are limited to this will not provide full assurance. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct separate analyzes at all stages of the food preparation process.

The current legal regulations and standards published by many national and international organizations are taken into consideration in the food testing studies. In line with the needs of the enterprises, our company also conducts food tests within the framework of food tests.

In the meantime, our organization, in accordance with the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General Conditions for the Competence of Experiment and Calibration Laboratories standard, UAF From the Accreditation Agency has been accredited and serves within this framework.
