Today's fast industrialization, urbanization and opening to the west, women's involvement in more business life, people's desire to live more spaciously, and of course the advertisements in food consumption increase the demand on the one hand product and on the other hand the demand for ready food.

The modern way of life has made the concept of time very important. As a result, ready-to-eat foods are more sought after. Ready-made food production started with the first canned foods, and then replaced by frozen foods. Frozen food is based on the principle of storing food raw materials at very low temperatures. But then, ready-to-eat food products are kept in this way. In developed countries, ready-to-use food consumption is becoming more widespread. In our country, demand for ready food has increased in recent years.

During the processing of ready-made food products, the raw materials must have certain qualities that must be carried. For example, it should not contain pesticides, ie, residues of chemicals. It should not be one of the genetically modified products. It must be suitable for processing and maintained its natural quality. The natural balance of the raw material must be durable in order not to deteriorate. And must meet national and internationally accepted criteria. Prepared food tests are carried out to determine these requirements.

The current legal regulations and the standards published by many domestic and foreign organizations are taken into consideration in food testing studies. In line with the needs of the enterprises, our company also conducts ready food tests within the framework of food tests.
