Neutral Tests

Neutral Tests

If a laboratory wants to be ahead of its competitors, the only criterion that should be considered is to provide impartial and independent services. Under no circumstances should a laboratory be involved in a conflict of interest and should not take action from any person or organization.

The TS EN ISO 15189 Medical Laboratories - Special Conditions for Quality and Qualification standard issued by the Turkish Standards Institute are of great importance. Tests and analyzes carried out by a laboratory can only meet the needs of its customers, official bodies and inspection bodies if they meet the requirements of this standard.

The laboratory sector is one of the important service areas in the national accreditation system today. The accuracy of testing, analysis, measurement, inspection, evaluation and calibration work depends on the availability of technological infrastructure and the reliability of the analyzes. For the accreditation of laboratories TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 Standard for the Qualification of Test and Calibration Laboratories and TS EN ISO 15189 Medical Laboratories - Special Conditions for Quality and Qualification are based on the standard.

In accordance with these standards, laboratories must be impartial and independent in the test services they provide and be free from any financial and commercial internal and external pressures that may affect the technical decisions of their customers. In this regard, laboratories should be honest. The activities carried out and the reports prepared have to reflect only the truth without being under any influence.

In terms of laboratories, it is necessary to act in accordance with these ethical principles in order to prevent competitors in this sector and to be a respected and preferred laboratory.

As a legal entity, our organization is committed to the principle of impartiality and at the same time receives a declaration of impartiality separately from the employees. This declaration covers the basic principles and conditions described above, and the managers and employees who oppose it have committed disciplinary offenses.
